Garlic mushrooms on toasted French bread
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- Bread, toasted, to serve
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan, add the mushrooms and cook over a high heat for 4-5 minutes until browned. Reduce the heat and add the crushed garlic. Cook for a further 4-5 minutes, stirring until the mushrooms are cooked.
Stir in the crème fraîche and chopped parsley and season with cracked black pepper. Gently heat through again and serve on toasted bread.
