Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 stalks fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
  • Cut along the side of each chicken breast to form a pocket. Fill the pockets with the garlic and lemon slices. Season.

  • Secure the lemon inside in the pockets with the rosemary stalks and brush the outsides with olive oil. Barbecue for 15 minutes, turning once, or until cooked.
