Garlic & rosemary chicken
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 stalks fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Cut along the side of each chicken breast to form a pocket. Fill the pockets with the garlic and lemon slices. Season.
Secure the lemon inside in the pockets with the rosemary stalks and brush the outsides with olive oil. Barbecue for 15 minutes, turning once, or until cooked.
