Fig, gin and lemonade Christmas cocktail
- 6 dried figs, quartered
- 150ml gin
- 200ml lemonade
Soak the figs in the gin for a minimum of 1hr or ideally overnight.
Strain the figs, reserving the gin, and divide the figs between the 6 skewers.
Pour the fig infused gin into tall glasses and top up with lemonade. Garnish with the fig skewers.
