Fig, gin and lemonade Christmas cocktail

  • Price: 50p per serving

  • 6 dried figs, quartered
  • 150ml gin
  • 200ml lemonade
  • Soak the figs in the gin for a minimum of 1hr or ideally overnight.

  • Strain the figs, reserving the gin, and divide the figs between the 6 skewers.

  • Pour the fig infused gin into tall glasses and top up with lemonade. Garnish with the fig skewers.
