Gingerbread shimmer buck’s fizz

Ingredients
  • 30ml Extra Special Gingerbread Gin Liqueur
  • 50ml clementine juice
  • 150ml chilled prosecco
  • 2 large twists clementine zest, to serve
Method
  • Put a handful of ice into a cocktail shaker or clean jam jar. Add the gin liqueur and clementine juice. Shake for 1min then strain into 2 champagne flutes.

  • Top up each glass with the prosecco. Decorate each one with a large twist clementine zest and serve immediately.
