
Gingerbread shimmer buck’s fizz

Ingredients
- 30ml Extra Special Gingerbread Gin Liqueur
- 50ml clementine juice
- 150ml chilled prosecco
- 2 large twists clementine zest, to serve
Method
Put a handful of ice into a cocktail shaker or clean jam jar. Add the gin liqueur and clementine juice. Shake for 1min then strain into 2 champagne flutes.
Top up each glass with the prosecco. Decorate each one with a large twist clementine zest and serve immediately.
