Each 85g serving contains

Typical energy values per 100g: 424kJ/101kcal.
- 1 large bunch of radishes
- 40g butter
- 50ml beef stock (or vegetable stock)
- 50g baby spinach leaves
Clean the radishes. Cut the larger ones in half.
Heat the butter in a pan and cook the radishes for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the stock and spinach. Heat through and serve.
