Ingredients
  • 1 large bunch of radishes
  • 40g butter
  • 50ml beef stock (or vegetable stock)
  • 50g baby spinach leaves
Method
  • Clean the radishes. Cut the larger ones in half.

  • Heat the butter in a pan and cook the radishes for 3-4 minutes.

  • Stir in the stock and spinach. Heat through and serve.
