Ingredients
  • 120g pack Asda Watercress, Spinach & Rocket Salad
  • 5 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 x 250g pack Merchant Gourmet Puy Lentils
  • 4 Extra Special Apple Balsamic Vinegar Infused Beetroot, sliced
  • 25g dill, chopped
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100g Asda Soft Goat's Cheese
  • 40g Asda Lightly Sea Salted Croutons
  • 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1tbsp balsamic glaze
Method
  • In a large serving bowl, layer on the salad, radishes, lentils, beetroot, dill and cherry tomatoes.

  • Crumble over the cheese and top with the croutons.

  • Whisk the oil, mustard and balsamic glaze with 1tbsp water. Drizzle over the salad and serve immediately.
