Green beans and spring onions
- 225 green beans, trimmed
- 20g butter, divided
- 1 bunch spring onions
Add 225g trimmed green beans to a pan of boiling water, then bring back to the boil. Simmer fast for 4 minutes, and then drain.
Meanwhile, melt 10g butter in a large frying pan and cook 1 bunch spring onions, trimmed and cut lengthways, over a medium heat, turning frequently, for 3 minutes.
Toss with the green beans and another 10g butter.
