Ingredients
  • 225 green beans, trimmed
  • 20g butter, divided
  • 1 bunch spring onions
Method
  • Add 225g trimmed green beans to a pan of boiling water, then bring back to the boil. Simmer fast for 4 minutes, and then drain.

  • Meanwhile, melt 10g butter in a large frying pan and cook 1 bunch spring onions, trimmed and cut lengthways, over a medium heat, turning frequently, for 3 minutes.

  • Toss with the green beans and another 10g butter.
