Green vegetable trio
- 200g frozen peas
- 200g Grower’s Selection British Spring Greens, stalks removed, leaves sliced
- 2 leeks, washed, trimmed and sliced
- 15g unsalted butter
Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the peas and cook for 3 mins.
Add the greens and leeks and blanch for 3 mins or until just softened.
Drain the vegetables and stir through the butter. Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
