Ingredients
  • 200g frozen peas
  • 200g Grower’s Selection British Spring Greens, stalks removed, leaves sliced
  • 2 leeks, washed, trimmed and sliced
  • 15g unsalted butter
Method
  • Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the peas and cook for 3 mins.

  • Add the greens and leeks and blanch for 3 mins or until just softened.

  • Drain the vegetables and stir through the butter. Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
