Ingredients
  • 1tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ mild red chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 pak choi, halved lengthways
Method
  • Preheat the barbecue or a griddle pan over high heat.

  • In a large bowl, stir together the oil, garlic and chilli. Toss the pak choi in the dressing and grill for 2-3mins, turning regularly, until wilted and beginning to char.

  • Serve the pak choi alongside the miso cod.
