Griddled pak choi
- 1tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ mild red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 pak choi, halved lengthways
Preheat the barbecue or a griddle pan over high heat.
In a large bowl, stir together the oil, garlic and chilli. Toss the pak choi in the dressing and grill for 2-3mins, turning regularly, until wilted and beginning to char.
Serve the pak choi alongside the miso cod.
