Grilled mackerel with beetroot relish
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Chosen by you Horseradish Sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 300g pack Asda Long Life Cooked Beetroot, drained and diced
- 400g pack Chosen by you Cook From Frozen Mackerel Fillets
- Sunflower oil, for brushing
To make the relish, mix the sour cream with the lemon juice, horseradish sauce and chopped chives, plus seasoning.
Stir in the diced beetroot.
Pre-heat the grill to medium. Brush the frozen mackerel fllets lightly with oil on both sides.
Grill for 6 minutes on each side. Serve with the beetroot relish.
