Ingredients
  • 400g pack Asda Frozen Haddock Fillets
  • 200g frozen prawns
  • ½ 700g pack Asda Frozen Potato Gratin
  • 200g frozen sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp oil
Method
  • Pre-heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Put the haddock and prawns in an ovenproof dish, cover and bake for 30 minutes. After 10 minutes put the gratin in a separate ovenproof dish in a single layer and bake uncovered for 20 minutes. When the fish is cooked, drain the liquid.

  • Fry the mushrooms to the pack instructions. Put on top of the fish and cover with the gratin. Bake for another 20-25 minutes.
