Haddock & prawn au gratin
- 400g pack Asda Frozen Haddock Fillets
- 200g frozen prawns
- ½ 700g pack Asda Frozen Potato Gratin
- 200g frozen sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp oil
Pre-heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Put the haddock and prawns in an ovenproof dish, cover and bake for 30 minutes. After 10 minutes put the gratin in a separate ovenproof dish in a single layer and bake uncovered for 20 minutes. When the fish is cooked, drain the liquid.
Fry the mushrooms to the pack instructions. Put on top of the fish and cover with the gratin. Bake for another 20-25 minutes.
