Ingredients
  • 2 Asda Smart Price Peppers, de-seeded and quartered
  • 250g pack halloumi
  • 2 Asda Smart Price Onions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 flatbreads (or Asda Wraps)
  • Mayonnaise, to serve (optional)
Method
  • Pre-heat the grill or barbecue. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces. Cut the halloumi into cubes and cut the onions into wedges, separating each wedge into two thinner pieces.

  • Toss the peppers and onions in the oil so they're evenly coated.

  • Thread the halloumi peppers and onions onto skewers that have been soaked in water. Grill or barbecue for 5-10 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked and the cheese is soft but not melted.

  • Serve with warm flatbreads mixed with salad leaves and mayonnaise, if liked.
