- 1tsp rapeseed oil
- 100g Chosen by you Wholefoods Popcorn
- 2tbsp Asda 39% Less Fat Green Pesto
- 1tbsp dried mixed herbs
- 50g Asda Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Heat the oil in a large pan over a medium heat and add the popcorn. Cover with a lid, shake the pan and leave to cook for 3-5 mins until the popping sounds are only every 10 secs.
Remove from the heat and stir in the pesto, herbs and mozzarella. Cover with the lid to allow the cheese to melt with the residual heat, then tip into bowls to serve.
