Ham, melon and olive skewers
- 1/2 cantaloupe melon, deseeded, skin removed and cut into 2cm chunks
- 4 slices Parma ham, shredded into 2cm wide strips
- A few basil leaves
- 100g green olives
- 2tbsp balsamic glaze
Heat a pan over a high heat. Add the melon and gently brown on all sides until lightly golden.
Slide the melon onto a skewer, top with the ham, basil and olives. Repeat this step until you have used up all the ingredients then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
