Beat the Budget’s Ham & mushroom tortilla pizza
- 400g tin Asda Chopped Tomatoes in Tomato Juice
- 1tbsp tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 4 Asda Wholemeal Wraps
- 250g pack Grower's Selection White Mushrooms, sliced
- 200g pack Asda Wafer Thin Cooked Ham, torn
- 125g pack Smart Price Mozzarella, drained and torn
- Rocket, to garnish (optional)

- 2tsp dried mixed herbs
- 2tbsp rapeseed oil
Preheat the oven to 200C?180C Fan/Gas 6.
For the sauce, pulse the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, garlic granules and 1 1/2tsp of the herbs in a blender until smooth. Don't worry if it turns a light colour – it will soon go back to a vibrant red.
Put the wraps on a large baking tray, then brush a 2cm-wide board of the oil around the edges. This helps to stop them from burning during cooking.
Fry the mushrooms in the remaining rapeseed oil over a high heat for 6-8 mins until browned. Don't store for the first 3 mins – then they'll turn golden and be extra-flavoursome!
Put 3tbsp of the sauce in the centred of each wrap, then spread out with a spoon. Divide the mushrooms, ham and mozzarella between them to top. Sprinkle with the remaining herbs.
Pop in the oven for 8-10 mins – keep a careful eye on them as they cook very quickly! Season with fresh black pepper, garnish with the rocket, if using, then serve immediately.
