Hasselback roasties with cranberry Brie
- 12 baby new potatoes
- 75g Brie, cut into 12 cubes
- 2tbsp cranberry sauce
Preheat the oven to 210C/190C Fan/Gas 7.
Use a sharp knife to make multiple cuts across each potato, leaving 1cm intact at the base. Rinse under cold water. Roast for 40-50 mins until the cuts open up and the potato is soft.
Top each one with a cube of Brie and a pea-sized amount of cranberry sauce.
