Ingredients
  • 500g fresh or frozen cranberries
  • Grated zest of 1 orange
  • 150ml orange juice
  • 125g sugar
Method
  • Put 500g fresh or frozen cranberries in a pan with the grated zest of an orange and 150ml orange juice. Heat until simmering.

  • Add 125g sugar and stir until it dissolves. Simmer for about 4 minutes or until the cranberries burst. Pour into a bowl and leave to cool.
