Each 100g serving contains

Typical energy values per 100g: 1310kJ/313kcal.
- 40g Asda Chosen by you Wholegrain Scottish Porridge Oats
- 270ml semi-skimmed milk
- Raspberry jam, to serve
Put the oats into a pan. Add the milk and stir.
Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with raspberry jam.
