Ingredients
  • 3tbsp Asda chosen by you cocoa
  • 2tbsp caster sugar
  • 500ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 300ml Asda Extra Special Cabernet Sauvignon
Method
  • Mix together the cocoa and caster sugar with a little milk to create a smooth paste.

  • Gently warm the milk over a medium heat until it comes to the boil.

  • Gradually whisk the milk into the cocoa paste until smooth.

  • Return to the heat and slowly pour the red wine into the hot chocolate, whisking continuously to prevent the mixture from separating.

  • Bring to the boil then evenly divide the mixture between 6 mugs.
