- 2tsp clear honey
- 4tsp tomato ketchup
- 3 chipolata sausages
- 6 Bake at Home Petit Pain
- 1 small red onion, halved and sliced
- 2tsp oil
Preheat the oven to 200C/ 180C Fan/Gas 6.
Mix honey with tomato ketchup in an ovenproof dish. Gently twist the sausages in the middle and cut to make 6 half-size sausages.
Add to the dish and coat in the honey mixture. Bake for 20-25 mins, until golden. Add Petit Pain for the final 6-8 mins.
Fry the red onion in oil for 3-4 mins until soft. Slit the petit pain. Add the sausages and onions. Scatter with thyme leaves to serve.
