Jam donut in a mug
- 30g dairy free spread
- 30g granulated sugar
- 1 small egg yolk
- 1tbsp semi skimmed
- 40g plain flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 25g strawberry jam
In a standard size microwavable mug add the chopped butter and place in the microwave for 15 seconds until melted.
With a fork mix in 30g sugar, egg yolk and milk until combined.
Add in the flour, baking powder and ¼ tsp cinnamon and mix together.
Dollop strawberry jam in the middle of the mixture and gently push down.
In a small bowl add the remaining 5g of sugar and ¼ tsp of cinnamon and mix together.
Microwave for 1 minute until cooked.
Take out the microwave and top with a sprinkle of the sugar cinnamon.
