James Martin’s extra special glazed sausages

- 200ml beer or apple juice
- 165g Asda Coarse Grain Mustard
- 100ml honey
- 12 Asda Extra Special Sausages
Put the beer or apple juice, mustard and honey in a pan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 mins.
Coat the sausages in the glaze, then cook on the barbecue or in the oven for 10-15 mins, turning occasionally, until cooked through, checking the glaze doesn't burn.
Top tip: To test if your sausages are cooked, cut into one. If cooked it will be piping hot with some steam escaping. Any juices should run clear and the meat should no longer be pink.
