Ingredients
  • 6 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 level tbsp brown sugar
  • 280g pack Asda Salmon Fillets
  • Steamed pak choi, to serve
  • Rice, to serve
  • Fresh coriander, to serve
Method
  • Soak 2 bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes. Mix the soy sauce, sherry, lemon juice and brown sugar together in a bowl and place the salmon in to marinate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • Thread the fish onto the skewers. Grill for 5 minutes under a medium heat. Serve with steamed pak choi, rice and fresh coriander. Use any leftover marinade for dipping.
