Ingredients
  • 450g new potatoes
  • 2tbsp white rice vinegar
  • 3tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 3tbsp spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1tbsp sesame oil
  • 2tsp groundnut oil
Method
  • Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain well and put them into a serving bowl.

  • In a small bowl, mix the vinegar with the coriander and spring onions. Slowly beat in the oils, pour over the potatoes, toss well and serve at once.
