Ingredients
  • 500g pack Butcher's Selection Lamb Mince
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tahini paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint, plus extra leaves to garnish
  • Yogurt raita, to serve
Method
  • Put all the ingredients, except the yogurt and mint leaf garnish, in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Roll into 24 oval-shaped meatballs.

  • Thread onto 24 skewers. Grill for 10-12 minutes until cooked through, turning every few minutes. Sprinkle with mint leaves and serve with the yogurt raita.
