- 500g pack Butcher's Selection Lamb Mince
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 tbsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tbsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp pine nuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp tahini paste
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp chopped mint, plus extra leaves to garnish
- Yogurt raita, to serve
Put all the ingredients, except the yogurt and mint leaf garnish, in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Roll into 24 oval-shaped meatballs.
Thread onto 24 skewers. Grill for 10-12 minutes until cooked through, turning every few minutes. Sprinkle with mint leaves and serve with the yogurt raita.
