Leftover Bolognese quesadilla
- 4 flour tortillas
- 350g leftover Bolognese sauce
- 100g grated Cheddar cheese
- Chopped fresh coriander
Lay 4 flour tortillas on a board and top with the leftover Bolognese sauce. Sprinkle over the Cheddar cheese and top each one with another tortilla.
Cook on a griddle or in a frying pan for 3 minutes on each side until heated through. Sprinkle with the coriander and serve with salad.
