Lettuce cups with marinated chicken

- 2 x 350g packs Butcher’s Selection Yogurt & Herb Diced British Chicken Breast
- 2 Baby Gem lettuce
- 150g feta, crumbled
- 10g coriander, torn
- 2tbsp Sriracha or chilli sauce
Cook the chicken according to the pack instructions. Set aside to cool for 10 mins.
Separate the lettuce leaves and load with the cooked chicken and feta.
Sprinkle with the coriander and drizzle over the chilli sauce.
