Ingredients
  • 2 x 350g packs Butcher’s Selection Yogurt & Herb Diced British Chicken Breast
  • 2 Baby Gem lettuce
  • 150g feta, crumbled
  • 10g coriander, torn
  • 2tbsp Sriracha or chilli sauce
Method
  • Cook the chicken according to the pack instructions. Set aside to cool for 10 mins.

  • Separate the lettuce leaves and load with the cooked chicken and feta.

  • Sprinkle with the coriander and drizzle over the chilli sauce.
