- 3 limes, zest and juice of
- 3 tbsp lime cordial
- 397g can condensed milk
- 150ml double cream
Put lime zest, juice and cordial in a bowl and chill for 15 minutes to let the flavours infuse.
Whip the condensed milk and double cream in a bowl for about 2 minutes or until it thickens slightly.
Add the lime mixture and whisk for 1-2 minutes or until it starts to thicken. Spoon into six glasses and chill. Decorate with shredded or grated lime zest.
