- 30ml lemon juice
- 45ml limoncello
- 20ml sugar syrup
- Dash of bitters
- Slice of lemon, to serve
Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes and shake for at least 1 minute.
Strain the cocktail into a small martini glass or coupe glass, garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.
TIP: To make your own sugar syrup, put 50g caster sugar and 50ml water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
