Ingredients
  • 2 small mangoes, peeled, stoned and cubed
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 5 tbsp mango juice drink
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 2 level tsp icing sugar
Method
  • Purée the mangoes with the lime juice and mango drink. Spoon into an ice-cube-tray to fill halfway up, then freeze until solid.

  • Mix the coconut milk with the sugar. Pour over the mango and freeze again.
