Ingredients
  • 500g Asda Frozen For Freshness Mango Chunks
  • Juice 1 lime
  • 50ml orange juice
Method
  • Add the frozen mango, lime juice and orange juice to a blender. Blend until smooth, stopping to stir if necessary.

  • The sorbet is ready but to make it 'scoopable', pour into a lidded, freezerproof container and freeze for 2 hrs or until firm.

  • Dip an ice cream scoop into warm water and use to scoop the sorbet into bowls. Serve immediately.
