Maple tropical pork skewers

- 100g Butcher's Selection Roast in the Bag Maple Pork Loin Joint
- 3 peaches
- 3 bananas
- 12 streaky smoked bacon rashers
- Packet of wooden skewers
- Sweet chilli & lime relish (to serve)
Dice the leftover pork into square pieces and slice the banana into chunks. Cut the peaches into four pieces each and discard the stones.
Using the streaky bacon, wrap each slice of banana and peach individually.
Slide the pork, banana and peach chunks onto the skewers in an alternate order. You should be able to fit two pieces of each onto your skewer.
Grill for 10-12 minutes.
Serve with the sweet chilli & lime relish.
