Ingredients
  • 100g Butcher's Selection Roast in the Bag Maple Pork Loin Joint
  • 3 peaches
  • 3 bananas
  • 12 streaky smoked bacon rashers
  • Packet of wooden skewers
  • Sweet chilli & lime relish (to serve)
Method
  • Dice the leftover pork into square pieces and slice the banana into chunks. Cut the peaches into four pieces each and discard the stones.

  • Using the streaky bacon, wrap each slice of banana and peach individually.

  • Slide the pork, banana and peach chunks onto the skewers in an alternate order. You should be able to fit two pieces of each onto your skewer.

  • Grill for 10-12 minutes.

  • Serve with the sweet chilli & lime relish.
