Mars Bar sauce

- 125g caster sugar
- 40g cocoa
- 125ml water
- 300ml whipping cream
- 50g plain chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids)
- Mars Bar, roughly chopped
- Asda Extra Special Vanilla Clotted Cream Ice Cream, to serve
In a pan, mix together the caster sugar and cocoa with 125ml water and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
Whisk in the whipping cream and heat until simmering again. Add the plain chocolate, broken into squares, and Mars Bar pieces and whisk until melted and smooth.
Serve immediately over scoops of Asda Extra Special Vanilla Clotted Cream Ice Cream.
