Ingredients
  • 125g caster sugar
  • 40g cocoa
  • 125ml water
  • 300ml whipping cream
  • 50g plain chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids)
  • Mars Bar, roughly chopped
  • Asda Extra Special Vanilla Clotted Cream Ice Cream, to serve
Method
  • In a pan, mix together the caster sugar and cocoa with 125ml water and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.

  • Whisk in the whipping cream and heat until simmering again. Add the plain chocolate, broken into squares, and Mars Bar pieces and whisk until melted and smooth.

  • Serve immediately over scoops of Asda Extra Special Vanilla Clotted Cream Ice Cream.
