Marshmallow, chocolate and caramel banana boats
- 2 bananas, left in skins
- 2tsp Askeys Treat! Toffee Flavour Topping
- 15 mini marshmallows
- 20g dark chocolate drops
Preheat the barbecue or grill to medium.
Slice the bananas in half lengthways. Put onto a sheet of foil, skin-side down. Drizzle over the caramel sauce and sprinkle over the mini marshmallows and chocolate drops.
Fold up the sides of the foil and crimp in the middle to seal. Cook on the barbecue for 15 mins – or 25 mins if the coals have cooled down slightly at the end of the BBQ.
Carefully take the foil packet off the grill using tongs or a metal spatula. Allow to cool for 5 mins before opening up to serve.
