Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets
  • 6 Asda Ready To Eat Dried Apricots
  • 125g pack Asda Goat's Cheese
  • 25g Asda Chopped Walnuts
  • 4 tsp maple syrup
  • 100g Asda Extra Special Parma Ham
  • 300ml white wine
Method
  • Pre-heat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Split the fillets almost in half and open them out.

  • Chop the apricots and mix with the cheese and nuts. Spoon into the fillets and fold over. Drizzle with 1 tsp syrup, wrap in the ham and transfer to a roasting tin. Pour the wine around the fillets. Roast for 30 minutes, adding a splash of water to the tin if the wine evaporates.
