- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets
- 6 Asda Ready To Eat Dried Apricots
- 125g pack Asda Goat's Cheese
- 25g Asda Chopped Walnuts
- 4 tsp maple syrup
- 100g Asda Extra Special Parma Ham
- 300ml white wine
Pre-heat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Split the fillets almost in half and open them out.
Chop the apricots and mix with the cheese and nuts. Spoon into the fillets and fold over. Drizzle with 1 tsp syrup, wrap in the ham and transfer to a roasting tin. Pour the wine around the fillets. Roast for 30 minutes, adding a splash of water to the tin if the wine evaporates.
