Mediterranean-style salmon traybake

- 350g Good & Balanced Mediterranean Vegetables With Cherry Tomatoes
- 500g Chosen by you Oven Cook Crispy Potatoes
- 400g pack Chosen by you Cook From Frozen Salmon Fillets
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp dried oregano
Pre-heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Put the veg and potatoes on 1 large or 2 small baking trays. Cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven then top the veg with salmon.
Mix the oil, lemon juice and oregano together. Brush onto the fish, then drizzle the rest over the veg.
Cook in the oven for a further 20 minutes.
