Ingredients
  • 400g pack Cadbury Sponge Mix
  • 180ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 3 medium eggs, beaten
  • 120ml vegetable oil
  • 300g raspberries
Method
  • For each cake, put 33g of the sponge mix, 1tbsp of the milk, 1tbsp of the eggs and 2tsp of the oil into a microwave-safe mug.

  • Beat the ingredients together with a fork until smooth and creamy.

  • Microwave on a high setting for 35-45 secs, until risen and springy to the touch. The timing will depend on the power of the microwave and the size of mug used.

  • Top with a few of the raspberries before serving.
