Microwave chocolate mug cake

- 400g pack Cadbury Sponge Mix
- 180ml semi-skimmed milk
- 3 medium eggs, beaten
- 120ml vegetable oil
- 300g raspberries
For each cake, put 33g of the sponge mix, 1tbsp of the milk, 1tbsp of the eggs and 2tsp of the oil into a microwave-safe mug.
Beat the ingredients together with a fork until smooth and creamy.
Microwave on a high setting for 35-45 secs, until risen and springy to the touch. The timing will depend on the power of the microwave and the size of mug used.
Top with a few of the raspberries before serving.
