Miguel Barclay’s filo party pizza
- 4 sheets Asda Ready Rolled Filo Pastry
- 2tsp olive oil
- 2tbsp passata
- Pinch dried oregano
- 40g Smart Price Grated Cheddar
- 20g cooking chorizo, thinly sliced
Lay the filo in a round baking dish. Scrunch up the sides to create a ‘crust’. Brush lightly with the oil.
Spread the passata in the middle. Sprinkle with the oregano and cheese.
Arrange the chorizo on top and bake for 20 mins or until the edges are golden.
