Miguel Barclay’s granola
- 250g jumbo oats
- 60g raisins
- 75g flaked almonds
- 3tbsp clear honey
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
Scatter the oats, raisins and flaked almonds onto the baking tray and stir until evenly mixed.
Evenly drizzle the honey over the entire tray. Bake for 15mins, until golden brown and fragrant.
Set the tray aside to cool completely. As it cools, the granola will set into clusters.
Once cool, break the granola into chunks and spoon into an air tight container.
