Ingredients
  • 250g jumbo oats
  • 60g raisins
  • 75g flaked almonds
  • 3tbsp clear honey
Method
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

  • Scatter the oats, raisins and flaked almonds onto the baking tray and stir until evenly mixed.

  • Evenly drizzle the honey over the entire tray. Bake for 15mins, until golden brown and fragrant.

  • Set the tray aside to cool completely. As it cools, the granola will set into clusters.

  • Once cool, break the granola into chunks and spoon into an air tight container.
