Ingredients
  • ½ courgette
  • 100g Smart Price Soft Cheese
  • 40g Asda Smoked Salmon Trimmings, finely chopped
  • 4 thin slices ciabatta, toasted, to serve
Method
  • Use a potato peeler to slice thin strips of courgette. Line a small dish with clingfilm, followed by the courgette strips.

  • In a bowl, stir together the soft cheese and smoked salmon and season with black pepper.

  • Spoon the mixture into the dish and fold the ends of the courgette over to cover. Chill for 1 hr.

  • Turn out of the dish, remove the clingfilm and slice. Serve with the toasted ciabatta.
