Ingredients
  • 175g milk chocolate
  • 1/2 x 405g can Carnation Light Condensed Milk
  • 10g unsalted butter
  • Pink sprinkles, to decorate
Method
  • Break the chocolate into small pieces. Put in a pan with the condensed milk and butter.

  • Heat gently, stirring, until melted. Pour carefully into an ice cube tray – (we used a George Home Silicone Heart Ice Cube Tray).

  • When cold but not set, scatter on the sprinkles. Leave to set, then gently push out of the tray. Store for up to a week in an airtight container.
