- 500g Asda Butcher's Selection Beef Mince
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 2 level tsp ground coriander
- 1 level tsp ground cumin
Mix the mince with the garlic clove, fresh mint, flat-leaf parsley, ground coriander and ground cumin.
Season, then shape into 18 small, oval-shaped meatballs. Chill until ready to cook.
Cook under a pre-heated grill for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
