- 1 tsp butter, softened
- 75g cooked ham, thickly sliced
- 75g Asda Red Leicester cheese
- 6 chives, cut into small pieces
- 75g Asda canned sweetcorn, drained
- 6 large free-range eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- Salad, to serve
Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4.
Using your fingers, lightly grease six holes of a muffin tray with butter.
Cut the ham into small pieces. Grate the cheese onto a plate. Divide the ham, cheese, chives and sweetcorn among the holes in the muffin tray.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add the milk and beat until evenly mixed. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a jug and then carefully pour into the muffin holes.
Cook for 15 minutes or until just set. Turn out when cool and serve with salad.
