Ingredients
  • 125g plain flour
  • 1 level tsp mustard powder
  • Good pinch of salt
  • 2 large free-range eggs
  • 300ml milk
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil, plus extra for brushing
  • 1 Asda Extra Special Beef Fillet Steak
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp Asda Coarse Grain Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Asda Creamed Horseradish
  • Rocket, to serve
Method
  • Pre-heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. Sift the flour, mustard and salt into a bowl. Add the eggs and milk. Whisk to make a batter. Set aside for 20 minutes.

  • Put a little oil in the holes of a bun tin and heat in the oven for 10 minutes. When the oil is hot, immediately pour the batter into each hole.

  • Bake for 15 minutes until risen.

  • Brush both sides of the steak with oil. Heat a griddle pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Rest for 10 minutes, then slice.

  • Mix together the crème fraîche, mustard and horseradish, and spoon a little into each Yorkshire pudding. Top with a slice of steak and a rocket leaf.
