Ingredients
  • 500g pack Butcher’s Selection Lamb Mince
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2tbsp Asda Cajun Seasoning 
  • 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 5tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1tbsp Asda Mint Sauce
  • 1tbsp chopped mint
  • 1tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 6 bread rolls, halved
  • 1 Little Gem lettuce, leaves roughly torn
  • 8 radishes, sliced
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • 3tbsp mango chutney
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
Method
  • Mix the lamb, shallot, garlic, seasoning and sauce. Shape into 6 patties, and refrigerate, covered, for at least 30 mins.

  • Mix together the yogurt, mint sauce and chopped fresh mint. Set aside.

  • Preheat a barbecue or grill to medium. Brush each burger with oil and cook for 3-4 mins on each side until cooked through. 

  • Toast the rolls on the barbecue for 1 min. Add the mint yogurt, sliced radish, lettuce and the burger to the base. Top with mango chutney, spring onion, chilli and the lid of the roll.
