Ingredients
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 x 500g packs Butcher’s Selection Lamb Mince
  • 4 tbsp chopped mint
  • 4 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 8 Asda Brioche Buns
  • Tzatziki, to serve
  • Sliced tomato, to serve
  • Baby gem lettuce leaves, to serve
  • Thinly sliced red onion, to serve
Method
  • Finely chop one of the onions and put in a bowl with the mince, mint and parsley. Season and mix together with your hands until just combined.

  • Shape into 8 burgers. Barbecue or grill for 10 mins, turning occasionally, until the meat is completely cooked through.

  • Split the brioche buns and toast the cut sides on the barbecue or under the grill. Fill with a burger topped with tzatziki, tomato, lettuce and red onion.
