Ingredients
  • 2tsp sugar
  • mint leaves
  • 2 limes and 2 lime wedges
  • 150ml lemonade
Method
  • Lightly crush 2tsp sugar and some mint leaves together in a measuring jug with a wooden spoon.

  • Stir in the juice of 2 limes and 2 lime wedges. Add some ice and top up with 150ml lemonade.

  • Moisten the rim of a glass and dip into sugar. Pour the mojito into the glass and serve topped with more mint leaves and a slice of lime.
