This two ingredient coffee is perfect for young cooks to show off their artisan techniques. She'll soon want one every morning!
Method:
Heat some milk in a small pan – as it warms, beat carefully with a balloon whisk.
When it’s just simmering and frothy, stir in 1-2tsp instant coffee.
Serve in a mug with lots of froth on top – add a pinch of cocoa for a cappuccino.
