Ingredients
  • 75cl bottle medium white wine
  • 3 tbsp clear honey
  • Zest of 1 orange, cut into slivers
  • Zest of 1 lemon, cut into slivers
  • 1 bunch fresh rosemary
  • Cinnamon stick, to serve
Method
  • Pour the bottle of wine into a large pan, add the honey, the orange and lemon zest, and a large sprig of rosemary. Bring to a simmer and then leave to simmer very gently for 5 minutes, making sure that it doesn't boil.

  • To serve, place a small sprig of rosemary into 6 heatproof serving glasses and carefully strain in the mulled wine. Add a cinnamon stick to each glass for the finishing touch.
