Ingredients
  • 12 tbsp Nando's Medium Peri-Peri Sauce
  • 2 x 325g packs Asda Rice Noodles
  • 155g pack mangetout
  • 1 red pepper, de-seeded and sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, de-seeded and sliced
  • 2 x 180g packs Chosen by you Ready to Eat Chicken Breast Slices
  • 3 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 1/2 x 200g bag baby spinach
  • 900ml chicken stock, made with 1 stock cube
  • Coriander leaves, to serve
Method
  • Layer all the ingredients (except the stock and coriander leaves) in 4 George Home 1L clip lid jars. Store in the fridge.

  • When ready to serve, pour over the hot stock and close the lids. Leave for 3 minutes, then open, top with coriander leaves and serve.
